Yes Ralph I remember Freddie Frinton quite well. He was in a comedy on BBC television with Thora Hird called “Meet The Wife” I think he played a plumber. I did see him in Blackpool, I am not sure on this but he might have been on a show with Ruby, because I saw Ruby many times in Blackpool and met a lot off stars, one of my favourites was Harry Worth, he was great.
