That's a good answer John which fits perfectly with my question, except that I didn't ask the right question!

I meant, the same number as already mentioned in this thread!

I will award silver stars to any other number pairs the same as John's. You could have had Two Kinds of Tears as well.

Hi Gerald, I could also have had How can you buy Killarney. "Two Blue Irish Eyes"
What has happened to everyone, it is very quiet on the site. I keep popping on to see if anyone has come up with the correct answer, but we are not even getting anyone having a try.
Regards
John.

Does it help if I say that the number in question is a thousand? These are the chances stacked against Ruby, and also the number of summers in the wrong answer which I suggested.

Hello you lot, I have waited six days to give you all a chance of Gerald's teaser. I have seen quite a few of you on the site, but only Martin has had a go, I know i had a shot at it six days ago but misread the question, so hear is my answer, fingers X " Macushla Mine" A thousand pities
Regards
John.

Well done, John. I was listening to this song the other day, and was struck by the fact that the number of pities was the same as the number of chances (Ballyshannon), and the number of summers Ruby said she would wait for me (but Bernie beat me to it!)

Please add another gold star to your collection.
Gerald

Hello Friends,-( from Geneva)

Well, the 'Teasers' caused quite a stir on the website. There may only be a small number participating but looking at the viewing figures the interest shown proves that the activity is still very significant.

Keep up the good work 'Friends'.

Adios Amigos, Bernie.
