On that note I'm looking for a bit of help. Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the singles chart for Jan/Feb/Mar 1955? Just trying to establish who else was around at that time.

Hi Tim, good to have you back on the site. This website I am putting on for you, gives you all the number one's from Nov 1952 which was the very first British chart, until last weeks No 1. Hope this helps you.
